Maar waarom is er nu ineens zo\u2019n energielabel nodig? Dit heeft te maken met het klimaatakkoord. De doelstelling van Nederland is om in 2050 80% minder CO2 uit te stoten. Het label is bedoeld als stimulans om na te denken over kansen voor een energiezuinig en comfortabel kantoor.<\/p>\n<p>De energielabels hebben verschillende klassen. Ze lopen van A (zeer zuinig) tot en met G (zeer onzuinig). Een A-Label kantoor heeft dubbel glas, goede isolatie, energiezuinige verwarming en\/of zonnepanelen.<\/p>\n<p>Maar wat is nu het voordeel van een A-Label? A-Label kantoren stoten minder CO2 uit dan bijvoorbeeld een F of G-Label. Het is dus beter voor het milieu en daarom is GebouwWest op weg om dit te verkrijgen.
